She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Organizational Psychology and Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University accompanied by a strong recruitment and human resource professional background. Her recruitment experience encompasses a broad range of professional fields and industries including, Executives, Engineers, Attorneys, Financial Leaders, Human Resource Managers, Sales Managers, Logistics and Administrative Professionals. Katie's current focus at Bryant Bureau is in industries tied to Semiconductor Manufacturing, Automotive/Off Highway, Consumer Manufacturing and Aerospace with a heavy concentration on EE, Software and Systems Engineering as well as a focus on Quality, Six Sigma and Lean Engineering.
