Among the 185 recruiters in the Snelling Staffing Services network, Jackie has ranked within the top 3 search consultants in the nation for the last 15 years and has directed the #1 office in the nation in 2002, and the #2 office in the nation in 2003 - 2007.  In 1998, 1999, 2000, 2004 and 2005, the Michigan Association of Staffing Services (MASS) honored Jackie with the Summit Award, which is granted to the highest sales performer in the State's organization.

Having worked in the business for over 20 years, Jackie directs an office of 15 while actively working an engineering, operations, bilingual, sales, and executive search desk. She specializes in the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device, and various Manufacturing sectors globally and finds her greatest strengths to be her resourcefulness, persistence and ability to grasp an organization's culture and find the right candidate fit. Throughout her career she has conducted speaking and training seminars nationwide, coaches companies in attraction and retention strategies with regard to "Generation Y", and participates in voluntary work preparing soon to be professionals in recruiting and interviewing skills.

Jackie carries two Bachelor of Art degrees and a MBA and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). Some of her other honors include top Owner/Manager of the Year for 1996 by MASS; Consultant of the Year in 2004 by MASS; the first and second ever recipient of the distinguished Head Hunter Award; and Top 40 Under 40 nominations by Crain's Detroit Business Magazine. Jackie is a former Board Member - and has been a member in good standing since 1998 - of the acclaimed Pinnacle Society, an organization whose membership is restricted to recruiters who are known in the industry as "Big Billers" and limited to only 79 members. Her passion lies in understanding and appreciating different cultures and cultivating contacts internationally, which enhances her ability to successfully match and serve the needs of her client's global strategies in Asia, Europe and South America.
