While attending a Human Resource class at Baker College, Alisha was inspired to get into recruiting by a speech that she heard from Jackie Nabat, Bryant Bureau's manager. She decided to completely switch careers, while still attending school, to get into the dynamic field of recruitment. Due to her persistence, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, she became one of the firms most successful new hires, closing 3 deals in her first quarter. Alisha specializes in engineering (on the design and operations side), program management and sales in the plastics, rubber and mechanical components industries within the automotive and aerospace sectors. Her strong communication skills, delightful temperment and determined work ethic will ensure her continued success.
