The Senior HR Generalist oversees the daily operation of the HR department. Provides advice to management on issues related to employee and labor relations, ensures that practices comply with all regulatory requirements, manages the peer review process and union contracts. Understands internal customer needs and works to drive the HR strategy to achieve goals and objectives of the Company.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience. PHR/SPHR Certification preferred; 7+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
Experience working in or with locations in Mexico. Bilingual in english and spanish. Up to 40% travel to company's Mexican locations.
