Operates as the overall business leader for the specified product line driving both strategic and tactical direction for capital equipment and aftermarket parts sales. In this role you will own and drive the commercial related activities for your line of products (Mixers & Single/Twin Screw Extruders) for the industrial markets globally. This position reports to the Global Director of Sales & Marketing.

Lead the execution and provide cross-functional direction for successful product launches (key metrics: sales, CM, timing, technical CTQ’s).
Develop product line and after-market strategies.
Identify technical and commercial priorities for new product introductions.
Drive sales and business development individually as well as support regional sales teams with application and proposal development, product training, demos, and technical customer seminars.
Manage the strategies and tactics to enable the profitable, double digit sales growth of the product line globally.
Establish pricing strategies for standard and customized products.
