Responsibilities:
Provide effective technical support to: Account Managers for pre-sales activities; customers for post-sales hot-line & help desk; resellers for technical qualification of sales prospects; Sales & Marketing team for trade shows and conferences. Remain up to date on all technical requirements associated with product (theoretical and software functionality). Assist in establishing and reinforcing positive customer relationships. Participate in engineering services activities: training courses; benchmarks; consulting projects. Comply with all company procedures, policies & ensure familiarity & compliance with standard in-house tools, templates and reporting requirements.

Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering or Physics degree. Experience in optics or illumination systems. Fluent in spoken and written English. US citizen or resident. 5 years industrial experience. Experience with SolidWorks, Catia v5, ProE. Post-graduate qualification in optical engineering, optical design. Experience in industry, namely in engineering and design process. Experience in and/or desire to work in technical support, training, post/pre-sales, marketing support (eg trade shows/conferences).
