Materials Manager

Located in Macomb County

The Material Managers role will take over material handlers (hi-lo drivers) and to improve the process, assessing the system in place. The shipping & receiving, materials coordinator and materials planning teams will report to them.

  • Must have high volume, fast pace automotive experience.

  • Should have worked with annual operational revenue of at least $150M

  • Plex is a plus, Metals experience preferred

Cost Estimator / Processing Engineer

Located in Macomb County

The Senior Estimating & Processing Engineer will be responsible to support the Non-Automotive Business Development Team in creating design concepts in ACAD and INVENTOR, Estimating and Proposal write-up to help securing business outside of the Automotive Industry. Establish written quotes, concepts, and assembly processes for custom equipment, automation and material handling systems, write technical proposals and specifications; as well as present technical solutions to end users assisted by the Director of Business Development.

  • Technical Degree, preferably a Mechanical Engineering Degree

  • Engineering and Equipment Design background for a minimum of 10 years

  • Know-how in Mechanical and Controls aspects, Motion Control and Equipment design

CAD Designer/Translator - Japanese Bilingual

Located in Macomb County

This role could be great for a student to seasoned designer… as long as the person can translate and knows some basic CAD (they will work directly under a SR Engineer).

  • Must be capable of translating CAD, CATIA V5

  • Familiarity with engine components is a plus

Mechatronics Product Engineer

Located in Oakland County

Growing Oakland County company that specializes in providing product engineering and account management support internally to the business units and externally to the customer base is seeking a talented Product Engineer who has hands on experience with actuators, motors, sensors, etc…

  • 8+ years of automotive experience in product design and development, including familiarity with OEM processes and systems

  • 5+ years of specific design development experience in Mechatronics

Product Manager - Aftermarket

Located in Oakland County

Coordination of all internal and external activities for the assigned product portfolio including customer technical support. Deriving from the market which products from the company’s OEM area should be made available and taking into account the financial objectives to make them available; deriving and suggesting the respective price positioning, target costs and the technical specification of the products. 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related subject.

  • 5+ years of Automotive Industry experience.

  • 3+ years of Product Engineering or Product Management experience; 3+ years of Aftermarket experience preferred.

  • 3+ years technical project leadership experience.

Project Engineer 

Located in Bay County

Provide advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions to support the company’s new business development (NBD) initiatives, act as the primary engineering customer liaison for NBD, conduct market analysis and R&D to support the company’s development into the industry leader in lightweight structures manufacturing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in body-in-white or chassis design/development

  • 5+ years’ experience in stamping/welded assembly manufacturing is preferred.

Technical Specialist (Nylon)

Located in Bay County

This position will focus on extruded Nylon products including experience in multi-layer Nylon products. Acts as technical consultant and leads product design and development cycle for assigned programs.

  • BS in engineering or equivalent.

  • 15 years of related experience or equivalent.

Electrical Engineer - Mid to Senior

Located in California

The Electrical Engineer may work on several concurrent projects. The Electrical Engineer has gained extensive experience in all areas of electrical or mechanical design and is a recognized expert in his/her discipline.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Knowledge of EMC Design, DFMEA/DVP, embedded controller and programming, and electrical assembly

  • Product engineering on electrical assemblies experience

IoT (Internet of Things) Engineer

Located in California

Use the development skills and be responsible for overseeing the quality design and build of an IoT platform - AWS that will collect data from physical assets (i.e. range of Electrical chargers, warehouse utility vehicles, etc.) and enable analytics that drive business operations.

  • 3+ yrs. w/HW based product with software: i.e. GPS devices, smart devices, phone companies.

  • Communications protocols: MQTT, WebSockets, & Notification engines.

Full Stack Engineer/Developer

Located in California

Define and develop an end to end Solution Architecture based on defined use cases, digital products and solution portfolio.

  • IT Degree, Design and implement cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS or AZURE)

  • Full stack development of CLOUD based systems, not just local systems.

Systems Engineer Lead

Located in California

The Systems Engineering Lead will oversee systems engineering department day to day operations and develops policies and procedures. This spans the range of charging solutions, including on/off vehicle, high power, industrial and laboratory. A strong, direct mentor to systems engineer, this individual will inspire and lead systems engineers to meet financial goals and support organizational growth strategies.

  • 5+ years of experience in development of electro-mechanical products.

  • Good knowledge of automotive standards and test methods preferred.

  • Hardware development and integration for test-subsystems required

Electrical Test Engineer

Located in California

Seeking a Electrical Test Engineer with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive testing. 

  • Tests hardware/software design, set-ups, implementations and documentation

  • AC/DC wiring, PLC control programming, data acquisition set-up and troubleshooting

  • Performs new product prototype and validation testing to specification

HR Generalist

Located in South Carolina

This position is responsible for a wide range of human resource related functions including, but not limited to, recruiting, HRIS administration, new hire orientation, state, federal and local compliance, training, organizational development and administering special events or functions.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resource or closely related field

  • Minimum one year of experience in Human Resources.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office.

HSE - Healty Safety and Environmental Coordinator

Located in South Carolina

Provides Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) technical and administrative support to the Plant Manager in the provision of a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Safety, Health and/or Environmental or closely related field

  • Minimum two-year of EHS discipline work experience in safety, health or environmental in a manufacturing setting.

  • ISO 14001 certification

  • ISO 45001 is highly preferred
