Materials Manager

The Material Managers role will take over material handlers (hi-lo drivers) and to improve the process, assessing the system in place. The shipping & receiving, materials coordinator and materials planning teams will report to them.

- Must have high volume, fast pace automotive experience.

- Should have worked with annual operational revenue of at least $150M

- Plex is a plus, Metals experience preferred

CAE Engineer - Multi-Body

The CAE Engineer provides a consistently high level of CAE expert interaction internally and with customers.

- BS degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of mechanisms experience.

- Prior CAE experience working with multi-body dynamic software (MSC Adams, Altair MotionSolve, etc.) 

CAD Designer/Translator - Japanese Bilingual

This role could be great for a student to seasoned designer… as long as the person can translate and knows some basic CAD (they will work directly under a SR Engineer).

- Must be capable of translating CAD, CATIA V5

- Familiarity with engine components is a plus

Mechatronics Product Engineer

Growing Oakland County company that specializes in providing product engineering and account management support internally to the business units and externally to the customer base is seeking a talented Product Engineer who has hands on experience with actuators, motors, sensors, etc…

- 8+ years of automotive experience in product design and development, including familiarity with OEM processes and systems

Software Process Engineer

This individual must understand the entire system, software development lifecycle and general quality assurance methodologies. Someone who has an embedded software engineering background and prior process development/ deployment experience would be ideal.

- Experience with implementation of Automotive SPICE and/ or CMMI Level 3 processes

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with financial data and report development

- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance & at least 2 years’ experience in Automotive domain

Software Engineering Program Manager

We are looking for candidates with a strong embedded system project management background. This individual must be able to build and guide a strong project management team. PMP certification is an added benefit.

- Minimum of 10 years of embedded system development experience.

- Minimum of 4 years of Project Management and/or Leadership experience.

R&D Engineer - Steer by Wire

We are looking for an energetic Mechanical Engineer to design power steering columns specifically working on steer by wire technology.

- Degree: Bachelors required and Masters preferred, Major: Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 3 years’ design and product development experience 

Casting Simulation Engieer

Prepare and perform computer simulation of casting processes to support component development for new programs. Make recommendations for development of cast part, process, and tooling based on simulation output.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cast product and/or process development

- 5+ years’ experience as user of casting simulation software for either HPDC or LPDC

Project Engineer - NBD Lightweight Structures

Provide advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions to support the company’s new business development (NBD) initiatives, act as the primary engineering customer liaison for NBD, conduct market analysis and R&D to support the company’s development into the industry leader in lightweight structures manufacturing.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in (LIGHTWEIGHT) STRUCTURES body-in-white or chassis design/development

- 5+ years’ experience in stamping/welded assembly manufacturing is preferred.

Project Engineer - Sr. Metallics/Lightweight

Meet with Customers one-on-one, identify open issues and track them to closure while communicating activities to the U.S. Engineering Headquarter and Sales department. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding of automotive body, chassis and suspension systems.

- 5+ years' project engineering experience with metals

- Solid experience in design of Suspension Cross members & Assemblies, Suspension Links and Arms, Hitches, Bumpers, Body-in-White and Closures Experience

Casting Engineer

The Casting Engineer will act as subject matter expert for aluminum within our engineering group to deliver manufacturing feasible products and support engineers and project teams to develop and launch lightweight aluminum structures.

- 5+ years’ manufacturing experience in light alloys casting

- Strong technical understanding of casting processes and tooling.

- Experience conducting and reviewing casting process simulation.

- Ability to understand micro-structural, defect, and failure analyses of aluminum.

- Knowledge of Aluminum extrusions and extrusion DFM is preferred

Embedded Software Architect

We are looking for candidates who have in depth knowledge of embedded software in control system applications where system timing, safety mechanisms, and performance are crucial.

The Key Account Engineer is responsible for profitable growth for the assigned segment and territory including developing assigned accounts and prospecting for new business. Establish close contact with all relevant customer purchasing, engineering, quality and manufacturing personnel to help customers navigate the large volume of information that they encounter to make informed decisions.

The role of the Sr. Sales Manager is to lead the PosiCharge MHE sales team and to generate revenue, and directly manage a team of Regional Sales Managers.

Senior Systems Engineer (motor controls)

We are looking for an inquisitive, highly self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and has good attention to detail and time management skills. This Senior Systems Engineer position is responsible for motor control analysis, modeling and design of the motor control and drive system for electronic steering systems. The position allows the candidate to see the full lifecycle of the project – from requirements to design to testing to implementation to production. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about motor control systems and drives, motor control signals, and embedded systems.

- Experience in motor control systems and drives.

- Knowledge of electric machine types commonly used in electric power steering such as brushless PMSM and DC brush, automotive and chassis systems preferred.
